The 'Oscar of the World Tourism' award honors Vietnam
Vietnam Tourism has won many categories of Asia Regional Awards 2020 voted by the World Travel Awards. The World Travel Awards are like the Oscars of the world tourism industry.
Vietnam was honored by the World Travel Awards in many Asian Regional Awards categories
The results will be officially announced on the website of the World Travel Awards on November 3, 2020 (London time, UK time).
Accordingly, Vietnam is honored to be voted as Asia's Top Heritage Destination, Asia's Top Cultural Destination and Asia's Top Culinary Destination. This is the second time in a row that Vietnam has won awards in the categories of cultural, heritage and culinary destinations.
In the accommodation category, Vietnam's InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort received three titles "Asia's Leading Luxury Resort", "Asia's Leading Green Resort" and "Romantic Resort. leading in Asia ”; InterContinental Resort in Bai Dai, Phu Quoc received the title "Asia's Leading Luxury Family Resort".
In the new categories, Vietnam's Premier Village Ha Long Bay Resort received the title of "Asia's Leading New Resort".
In the aviation sector, the World Travel Awards said that the unprecedented upgrade of the fleet has helped the national airline Vietnam Airlines receive the titles of 'Asia's Leading Airline - Economy Class'; "Asia's Leading Airline - Premium Economy Class" and "Asia's Leading Cultural Carrier".
Bamboo Airways was honored to receive the title of "Asia's Leading Regional Airline".
Along with that, Van Don airport, Quang Ninh received two titles for "Asia's Leading Airport Lounge", and "Asia's Leading Regional Airport".
Many other resorts and hotels in Vietnam also received many awards in the categories of the World Travel Awards.
In the category of tour operators, Vietravel received the title of "Asia's Leading Tour Operator".
According to World Travel Awards, these voting results are obtained after a year of evaluation and commentary by experts and the public in the travel industry.
